Reviews Adults only, 18 and over. This page reviews a live webcam community where performers get naked on camera. Under 18, or under the age of majority where you live? This one is not for you.
How we earn: when a reader joins MyFreeCams from one of our buttons, the site may share part of what that reader later spends with us. That arrangement has no say in the score.
Our verdict in short
MyFreeCams is the cam site for people who like to take their time. Open it and you are already inside: no sign-up wall, no ads, no nag screens, just live cam girls you can watch for as long as you like. Its own wiki describes “thousands of models and millions of members”, and the whole place feels less like a store and more like a neighborhood bar where the regulars know every performer by name.
When something catches your eye, the prices are refreshingly simple. Its wiki publishes one rate card: a private show is 60 tokens a minute, a TruePrivate that nobody can spy on is 80, a peek into someone else’s private is 20, and a group show drops to 10 tokens a minute. Your privates are recorded so you can relive them free in your Archives, and one token purchase makes you a Premium member for life. Overall score: 7.6/10, with a perfect 10/10 for free viewing.
Is MyFreeCams legit and safe? Yes. It is operated by MFCXY, Inc. under Florida law, checks a government ID for every model, publishes an 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement and bills through established processors with no recurring charges. Here is the full answer.

| Overall | 7.6/10 | Mean of the five scores. |
How we score: five criteria, each out of 10 and weighted equally, rated from MyFreeCams’ own homepage and official wiki. It is the same grid that places MyFreeCams fifth in our best cam sites ranking, right behind Stripchat, Jerkmate, Chaturbate and LiveJasmin.
What we love:
- Total freedom as a guest: every room is open, for as long as you like.
- One published rate per show type, set by the site in its wiki.
- TruePrivate at 80 tokens a minute, so your private stays yours alone.
- Every private you buy is saved in your Archives to rewatch for free.
- Group shows at 10 tokens a minute, the friendliest way to see more.
Good to know:
- Many models keep their chat for registered or Premium members, so a free account helps.
- There is no store app; the MFC.APP web app installs from your browser instead.
- The homepage describes its performers, in its own words, as “cam girls, amateurs and female content creators”.
- A model can accept or decline a private invitation, so saying hello first goes a long way.
Prices: tokens are the only thing you ever buy. At the time of checking, third parties report the starter package at 200 tokens for $19.99, about $0.10 a token, which puts a private at about $6.00 a minute and a group show at about $1.00.

What is MyFreeCams?
MyFreeCams, or MFC to its fans, is a live webcam community built around free viewing and optional spending. Its homepage calls it “The #1 adult webcam community” and “the original free webcam community for adults”, and its wiki says the site has been a front-runner “since the genre’s inception”. Models broadcast from their own rooms, chat with the people watching and earn through tips and paid shows.
Two things set the mood. First, the site is unapologetically generous: there are no ads, no nag screens and no time limits for guests. Second, it is a real community. Members keep friends lists, follow models on a news feed, leave notes about their favorites and hang out in a members-only Lounge. MFC even says its models “earn a larger percentage than with any other site”, and every month the top-earning performer wins Miss MyFreeCams.
How MyFreeCams works
Getting from first click to your first private show takes four steps:
- Watch as a guest. You land with a random nickname like Guest12345 and can open any room right away. Point at the green camera icon on a model’s avatar for a live preview of her feed, or Shift-click to pop rooms open in separate windows; there is no limit to how many you run side by side.
- Create a free account. Pick a username, a password and an email address, no credit card needed. The account is free for life and lets you chat with more models.
- Buy tokens once. Your first token purchase turns you into a Premium member for life, with chat in any room, private messages with video and the Lounge.
- Invite her to a show. Click Go Private in her room or in a private message. If she accepts, you both move into a new private room and the clock runs at 1 token per second.
Before you go private, MFC’s own advice is simple and charming: ask the model what she is comfortable with. There is no script imposed on performers, so every private is a little different.
MyFreeCams tokens: prices and what they buy
Tokens are the only paid item on MyFreeCams. You spend them on private shows, spy shows, group shows and tips, and everything else on the site is free. The wiki publishes a single rate card for these shows, which makes MFC easy to budget for:
| Show type | Tokens per minute | About in USD |
|---|---|---|
| Private show | 60 (1 token per second) | $6.00 |
| TruePrivate (no spies) | 80 | $8.00 |
| Spy / Voyeur | 20 (1 token every 3 seconds) | $2.00 |
| Group show | 10 (1 token every 6 seconds) | $1.00 |
| Club show | Free per minute for club members | $0 |
Dollar figures are approximate and assume about $0.10 per token, from the 200 tokens for $19.99 package that third parties report on the purchase page. MyFreeCams sets its prices in US dollars and does not publish its token packages outside the logged-in purchase page.
A few things make this pricing pleasant to live with:
- One price for everyone. MFC runs no coupons, sales or discounts, and every package costs the same for everyone, everywhere.
- Small bonus for bigger buys. Larger packages carry a slight discount, and even larger ones open up after a few months as a Premium member. Third parties also report a bank wire option where a $300 minimum buys 3,750 tokens.
- No subscriptions. Every purchase is a one-time charge, so there is never anything to cancel.
- Reward Points. Every 10 tokens you buy earn 1 Reward Point. Points never expire and unlock extra options and priority member support over time.
Five minutes of private, for example, is 300 tokens. Our cheap cam sites guide puts these rates side by side with the other big platforms.
Watching MyFreeCams for free
This is where MFC shines brighter than any site in our ranking, and why it earns a 10/10 for free viewing. Guests can watch every single model for as long as they want, with no ads and without ever being pushed to create an account. Turn on Previews and the model list shows a live snapshot of each room, so browsing feels like flicking through a hundred lit windows at once.
A free Basic account remembers your settings and adds chat in more rooms and a friends list in your side menu. Many models reserve chat for registered or Premium members, so the free account is worth the minute it takes. Club shows on MFC Share cost nothing per minute for the model’s club members, and group shows, at 10 tokens a minute, are the cheapest paid door in.
If watching without paying is your main goal, our free cam sites guide compares MFC with the other open-door platforms.
Show types: private, TruePrivate, spy, group and club
Private shows
A private is the heart of MyFreeCams: you and her, one on one, at 60 tokens a minute. What happens stays between you and the model, and the show ends whenever either of you wants or when your tokens run out. Every private is automatically recorded and saved in your Archives, so you can relive the best moments later, free of charge.
TruePrivate
Love the idea of a private but want it truly private? Switch on TruePrivate in the Private Settings of your account. The rate rises to 80 tokens a minute and the spy option disappears from her room, so nobody else can watch.
Spy shows
When a model is already in a private, you can often slip in as a voyeur for 20 tokens a minute. You get all of the video and audio, just not the private chat between the two of them. It is a thrilling, low-cost way to see a performer at her most intimate.
Group shows
A group show is like a private shared with other members. Once at least 3 members request it and the model accepts, the show starts at only 10 tokens a minute, half the price of spying. Members come and go as they please, and tips for personal requests keep the energy high.
Club shows
Models can run Club Shows for the members of their club on MFC Share. They cost no tokens per minute, which turns a club membership into a backstage pass.
Tips
Tips are how you say thank you, ask for something special in public chat or simply make her smile. You choose whether your tip shows in the chat room, send it with a private message, or tip as “Anonymous” from 5 tokens. Chat commands even allow silent tips with no sound.
Features that make MFC addictive
MyFreeCams has been adding features for years, and some of them are genuinely clever:
- Models You May Like. The site studies interactions between members and models to suggest performers you will probably enjoy, highlighted at the top of your list when the match reaches at least 20%.
- Smart search. Search usernames, room topics, model tags and news feed posts, with AND, OR and NOT for precise results. Each model can set up to 16 tags.
- The Lounge. A Premium-only chat room where members can auto-cycle through every live model, follow the most popular room or show only new faces. Models cannot see who is watching from the Lounge.
- Private messages with video. Premium members can open a PM with a model and watch her webcam right inside it, with several PMs running at once.
- Low-latency video. The player lets you switch between HLS, LL HLS and WebRTC, which brings the delay under 2 seconds.
- MFC Share. Models post albums, videos up to 4K, polls and tip menus, so you can enjoy your favorites even when they are offline.
- Miss MyFreeCams. A monthly contest where the top 1000 models receive a cash prize and the top 3 may get a crown icon on their avatar.
Cam2Cam on MyFreeCams
Members can switch on their own webcam at any time from Start My Webcam, completely free, and choose exactly who may watch it. MFC says its administrators have no access to your webcam and that it is not recorded. That makes Cam2Cam on MFC a flexible, low-pressure way to let a model see you. For sites built around two-way video calls, see our cam2cam sites guide.
MyFreeCams on your phone
There is no MyFreeCams app in the app stores, and you do not need one. MFC.APP, at mfc.app, is a web app designed for phones and tablets that you can add to your home screen like a regular app. It has a dark mode, an Explore tab with the Miss MyFreeCams rankings, popular rooms and new models, and tabs for your friends, rooms and messages. Every broadcasting model can be watched on mobile, and you log in with your usual username.
Is MyFreeCams legit and safe?
Yes, MyFreeCams is a legitimate cam site, and MFC says it has been a front-runner since the genre’s inception. It also takes safety seriously. Here is what backs that up:
- A named operator. The site is operated by MFCXY, Inc., and its terms are governed by Florida law.
- Every model verified 18+. Before broadcasting, each model submits a government-issued ID showing her face, name and birth date. Trained specialists review it, independent third-party analysis double-checks it, and snapshots taken during broadcasts are routinely compared with the ID.
- Legal pages in plain sight. The official wiki publishes an 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping statement, an Online Safety and Age Verification page, DMCA information and a Take It Down Act page.
- Secure, discreet payments. Purchases go through third-party processors such as CCBill, NetBilling, Rocketgate and SegPay, so MFC never sees your card number, and transactions use at least 256-bit encryption. Nothing is ever sent to your postal address.
- No subscriptions. All purchases are one-time charges, and there is no membership to cancel.
- A satisfaction guarantee. New members who are not happy can ask for a full refund within 30 days, as long as they have used no more than 200 tokens.
Is MyFreeCams safe for your privacy?
You can watch without an account at all, which is as private as it gets. Once you join, MFC says it does not sell or share your personal information unless the law requires it, and you can turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings. Anonymous tips, a hidden Reward Points total and full control over who sees your webcam keep you discreet in the rooms. On your card statement, purchases appear under processor names such as “SegPayMFCXY” or “MFCBill.comTokens”.
MyFreeCams vs Chaturbate
Both sites are loved by people who enjoy watching for free, but they feel different. MyFreeCams centers on cam girls and a tight-knit community, with one published rate card for privates, spy and group shows. Chaturbate is a tip-driven party with female, male, couple and trans categories, and its private rates range from 6 to 90+ tokens a minute depending on the broadcaster. Chaturbate scores 7.8/10 in our ranking and MyFreeCams 7.6/10. Our Chaturbate review covers its side in detail, and our guide to sites like Chaturbate lists more free-first platforms.
Alternatives to MyFreeCams
MFC is our pick for free viewing, but other sites in our ranking lead in other areas:
- Stripchat, 8.0/10: a huge catalog, VR cams, toys and Cam2Cam video calls.
- Jerkmate, 7.8/10: get matched with a model first, then enjoy private and exclusive shows.
- Chaturbate, 7.8/10: free tip-based rooms around the clock.
- LiveJasmin, 7.0/10: a premium lounge for one-on-one privates and Video Calls.
All of them are compared side by side in our best cam sites ranking.
