Stripchat (8.0/10) returned 589 models in its trans filter at our check and lets you browse categories named MTF, FTM and Non-binary. Jerkmate (7.8/10) runs a Live Trans Cams page and offers Trans as a preference on its homepage switch. Chaturbate (7.8/10) listed 679 rooms in its trans category at our check, 652 of those live in public shows, and under its terms watching content costs nothing. Cam4 completes the list without a score, with a Transgender page you can filter by country, language and C2C.
Why do people keep coming back to trans cams? Because the performer on screen is live right now, reading your messages and answering them, and a room can drift from teasing small talk to something slow and personal in a few minutes. When the chemistry is there, a private show or two-way video takes it further. Our counts come from a check on 2026-10-06, and we give one only for the sites whose trans lineup we could actually count.

1. Stripchat: MTF, FTM and Non-binary categories
Our top pick for trans cams
Best for: exploring hundreds of trans performers live, then narrowing by category, HD or toy.
Stripchat titles its page “Trans Cam Live Shows in Free TS Webcam Chat”. The filter returned 589 models online at 19:01 UTC on the day we checked, read from our location in France. That is under the 1,000 point where the filter count stops, so it is a real figure for that minute rather than a floor; re-reads over the next two minutes gave 580 and 583.
The categories make this section easy to explore. Combined with the trans filter, MTF returned 50 models, FTM 21 and Non-binary 32, while two older platform labels, “Transsexuals” and “Transgenders”, held 193 and 186 in the same filter. The labels overlap, so they do not add up to the total.
Video quality and toys are well covered as well: 413 trans models matched the HD filter and 154 the interactive toy filter. For two-way video, the trans page links straight to a Video Call (Cam2Cam) section.

2. Jerkmate: pick Trans as your preference and let matching do the rest
Featured: matching that starts from your preference
Best for: skipping the scroll and getting trans performers suggested from your answers.
Jerkmate’s trans section opens under the heading “Live Trans Cams”, and its page description invites you to start a chat or a cam-to-cam session with trans models. On the homepage, the I Prefer switch lists Trans next to Women, Men and Couples, so you can tell the site what you came for from the first click.
Then there is Jerky, the quiz that turns your answers into model suggestions, and the network behind it claims 35K+ cam models and 420+ fantasies. When someone catches your eye, cam-to-cam lets you both see each other on video, and with Live Vibe your Gold drives the performer’s interactive toy in real time, from free chat right through to a private show.

3. Chaturbate: hundreds of trans rooms, nearly all in public shows
652 public trans rooms at our check
Best for: dropping into open rooms, following the chat and tipping whoever holds your attention.
Chaturbate’s official room feed files each broadcast under female, male, couple or trans. At our check, 679 of the 7,524 rooms we paged through sat in the trans category. Nearly all were live in public, 652 against 17 in private shows; 458 streamed in HD, and at least 112 were tagged #lovense.
At least 537 of those rooms mention English in the languages their broadcasters wrote, and 169 mention Spanish. Chaturbate’s terms let you view content without paying a fee, so there is no rush to tip. Our Asian cams, Latina cams and ebony cams pages each have a ranking of their own.

4. Cam4: a Transgender page with country, language and C2C filters
Not scored
Best for: easygoing browsing, sorted by orientation, country or language.
Cam4 puts a Trans tab in its top menu beside Females, Males and Couples, and its Transgender page carries the heading “Transgender Cam Shows and Videos You Can Access Exclusively on CAM4”. The filter panel lists Country, Language and C2C among the popular choices, with Orientation, Ethnicity and show types such as Private, Group and HD further down.
Registration is free. Tipping comes with a Lovense button for toy reactions. Spend 125 tokens on Gold and you get Stealth Mode to tip without showing your name, plus Multicam for several rooms on one screen and chat that translates automatically.

MTF, FTM and non-binary: how each site sorts its trans section
Here is the shortest path on each platform:
Stripchat: open the trans section, then pick MTF, FTM or Non-binary, or the platform labels “Transsexuals” and “Transgenders”.
Jerkmate: set I Prefer to Trans, or open Live Trans Cams and let Jerky suggest performers.
Chaturbate: choose the trans category; at least 6 rooms were tagged #ftm at our check.
Cam4: open the Trans tab, then add Orientation, Country or Language.
These are labels that platforms and performers pick for themselves, not checks on anyone’s identity. Chaturbate’s country field works the same way: it is self-declared by broadcasters, 38 of the trans rooms gave the United States, and 155 left the field empty.
Chaturbate’s terms let you view content without a fee, and 652 of its 679 trans rooms were live in public at our check. Elsewhere, you start with a free account:

Cam2Cam and interactive toys with trans models
Cam2Cam: Jerkmate’s trans page itself suggests a cam-to-cam session, which is two-way video paid per minute in Gold. Stripchat’s trans section links to its Video Call (Cam2Cam) page, Cam4 lists C2C among the filters on its Transgender page, and on Chaturbate at least 5 trans rooms carried the #c2c tag at our check. Interactive toys: Stripchat’s toy filter matched 154 trans models and at least 112 Chaturbate trans rooms carried the #lovense tag; Jerkmate’s Live Vibe is on offer in free chat and privates alike, and on Cam4 the Lovense button sits right by the tip option.
Trans cam prices in US dollars
On Stripchat and Chaturbate, performers set the private rates; Jerkmate lists a per-minute rate in Exclusive chat.
Stripchat: tokens; on the trans page, privates are grouped in four rate bands, from 8-12 tokens up to 90+. Third-party reports price a token between $0.08 and $0.11 by pack, and each hour Stripchat runs a draw for 50 free tokens.
Jerkmate: you pay in Gold, and 1 Gold = $1. Exclusive chat bills per minute at the rate on the model’s profile, and booking a 60-minute block cuts 20% off.
Chaturbate: tokens; the site’s per-minute rate filters run from 6 tokens through 12-18, 30-42 and 60-72 to 90+.
How many trans performers were online at our check?
Of the sites we counted, Stripchat’s trans filter returned 589 models. Chaturbate counts rooms instead of models, and its feed listed 679 rooms in the trans category. Jerkmate and Cam4 did not give us a count we could quote.
Are trans cams free to watch?
On Chaturbate, yes: its terms let you view content without paying a fee. Stripchat, Jerkmate and Cam4 all offer free sign-up, and Jerkmate’s free account includes public cams; tips, toys and privates cost extra.
What does TS mean on cam sites?
TS is an older label, short for “transsexual”, that cam platforms still use in page titles and filters; Stripchat, for example, calls its trans page a TS webcam chat. On this page we use trans as the main word and keep TS for search.
Can I find trans men and non-binary performers?
Yes. At our check, Stripchat’s trans section had categories named FTM (21 models) and Non-binary (32), next to MTF (50). On Chaturbate, at least 6 trans rooms were tagged #ftm.
Can I do Cam2Cam with trans models?
Yes, wherever the platform supports it. Jerkmate’s trans page invites you to a cam-to-cam session, Stripchat’s trans section has a Video Call (Cam2Cam) link, and Cam4 lists C2C as a filter on its Transgender page.
